Closing the complex and thus cancelations of any games due to inclement weather and/or field conditions will be decided upon by members of the board of directors and communicated via email to all league members.  It should be noted that in some instances the complex may not be closed yet some games may still be cancelled due to the conditions of specific fields.  

Delays or cancelations, due to inclement weather and/or unsafe field conditions, during any time at which teams have already arrived for games, can be decided upon by the Directory on Duty.  The DOD can discuss the situation with any team managers and/or umpires in order to make an agreeable and informed decision.

Visible lightning strikes will result in a 30-minute delay of game.  Thunder does not constitute stoppage of play. If another visible lightning strike occurs during an existing delay, the 30-minute delay will restart.  No amount of lightning strikes will constitute suspension or cancelation of games.

A decision to suspend or cancel games can be collectively decided upon by the DOD, umpires and team managers due to weather forecast outlook and time constraints however the DOD retains the authority to make the final decision regarding weather related delays and cancelations.
